This video shows you how to stop a workflow from continuing if you have made added them by mistake, or. your workflow isn’t performing as expected.
You can stop a contact inside a workflow in 3 ways.
- open the specific contact and you will see on the left hand side any active workflows. Click the cross to remove from the active workflow
- Open the workflow and under the “status” tab you can see where each contact is up to and either push them to the next stage or remove them entirely.
- switch the workflow to draft mode. Good if you have lots of contacts in a flow that isn’t behaving as expected.
