Cancel or manually adjust a contact in a workflow

This video shows you how to stop a workflow from continuing if you have made added them by mistake, or. your workflow isn’t performing as expected.

You can stop a contact inside a workflow in 3 ways.

  1. open the specific contact and you will see on the left hand side any active workflows. Click the cross to remove from the active workflow
  2. Open the workflow and under the “status” tab you can see where each contact is up to and either push them to the next stage or remove them entirely.
  3. switch the workflow to draft mode. Good if you have lots of contacts in a flow that isn’t behaving as expected.
