We recommend changing the default unsubscribe URL from your homepage to a dedicated confirmation page on your website. eg domain.com/unsubscribe.
This allows you to put a basic text confirmation that they have been unsubscribed.
Please note also that the default footer block in the email builder uses a placeholder link and you will need to update it with your unsubscribe trigger link if you ever stop. This is only an issue if you create a new email from scratch instead of duplicating the “template”
